**Cancellations and Refunds
Prior to and including March 1, 2021, we will gladly refund any exhibit-related fees (showcases, meeting rooms, advertising), less a $100.00 processing charge. After March 1, 2021, any exhibit-related fees will be non-refundable.
Prior to and including June 1, 2021, individual exhibitor staff or attendee badge fees can be refunded, less a $50 processing charge per badge.
Refunds for sponsorships will be subject to the amount of branding and investment made prior to the time of cancellation.
